Bad staff!

True luxury accommodation, EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff, perfect location next to a major stop on public transportation system. Well-equipped rooms with a view over half berlin, good services. Elegant design. 

Top-notch service and the food is BRILLIANT. Overall the room is quiet, immaculate and includes a writing desk and a big desk.

Nothing everything was great.

It had great and brilliant location with access to Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church nearby. Set in quiet area, a zoo and restaurants were right next to the hotel.

Large units with amazing view over whole berlin especially the zoo, espresso machine, as example, and the staff were top-class.

The location was good and perfect, just next door to Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with excellent dishes and great chef.

The Lang Bar has a cool retro vibe with live jazz, and the Library Lounge offers stunning views. ROCA restaurant has delicious food, and the Guerlain Spa is perfect for pampering. The hotel exudes luxury and the location 

I liked every thing at the hotel, especially the kitchen. There is a fine parkingplace and a very good bed.
